The Live Oak Preserve Wellness Center and its programs are being designed to the specifications of rehabilitative specialist Catherine Stallworth, M.D., a former Board Member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. A graduate of the Baylor College of Medicine and a Dr. Andrew Weill fellow, Dr. Stallworth has more than 15 years of healthcare experience, including as medical director for The Rehabilitation Center and the Center for Healthy Living at Centennial Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
